Brandon Charette has lived and breathed South Florida for his entire life. Born and raised in Key West, Florida, he got used to the sun and lifestyle this location can bring. He then went on to get a Masters Degree in Safety and Ergonomical Engineering from the University of Miami. He originally wanted to use the degree to help build high rises, but eventually found it more fun to help other people buy them and his engineering degree gives a unique perspective on each individual building´s character.

Jennifer Commander has over a decade of experience in marketing, sales and operations for two of the music industry´s biggest retail brands, Virgin Entertainment Group and Blockbuster Music Group as well as serving as Director of Marketing for the largest construction rental company in the US, National Construction Rentals.  In her career she has been an integral part of creating new branding and marketing strategies, reorganizing department structures and acting as a key corporate diplomat to clients and partners.  Growing up in Miami, Jennifer lived in Los Angeles for a past several years.  Returning to Miami in 2005, she now divides her time between the two cities giving clients on either coast the opportunity to work with someone local to both.  Jennifer enjoys the hiking in the mountains of Southern California, relaxing at the beaches of South Florida, seeing live music and traveling to new places.
